Petit Ciel - Pinot Noir 2014
“2014 Pinot Noir. Made traditionally in an open top tank. Aged in old French oak, mainly to respect the fruit characters and let them shine through. A very elegant example of an Awatere Valley Pinot Noir. Pulled pork, lamb shanks, Mexican mole, and even steak-based dishes will be great with this wine.”

About
Petit Ciel means ‘little heaven’ in French. Their balloon logo is a tribute to the flying winemakers of the world, who are traveling in a quest to discover new cultures and winemaking techniques – a journey Leo began a long time ago. It also represents Leo’s desire to “fly the Petit Ciel Wine balloon” and make wine in Baja, Mexico and Priorat, as these are places that have captured his heart and imagination.
