SOFT, RICH, DARK FRUITED BARREL AGED BLEND OF MERLOT/ CABERNET SAUVIGNON/ CABERNET FRANC
Deep brooding dark carmine in colour but young and youthful on the palate with dark chocolate and blackcurrant notes. Rich and generous, allow time to unfold.
Hand picked in batches by varietal and destemmed with 100% whole berries. Cold soaked for 4-5 days and fermented in small open top fermenters. 18 months in old French oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered.
56% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon & 15% Cabernet Franc
