About
A secluded and enchanting vineyard that produces spectacular wine. Grey Ridge was born in 2015 when Paul and Sue Keast bought and renamed the former Greylands Ridge Vineyard. The vineyard itself was established in 2002 and homes four hectares of Pinot Noir vines.
The couple met at Otago University many years ago, and little did they know that their future would be full of vines, very early mornings, and an array of tasks that are usually managed by a team of different departments, all by themselves, for the love of wine! After spending a lot of time overseas for Paul’s corporate job, the pair decided to settle in Alexandra to try out a new kind of lifestyle. Today, with the help of their French winemaker Antony Worch, they are producing award winning Pinot Noir.
These guys are showcasing the beauty of Central Otago’s signature grape and putting their own stamp on the world of wine, Their unique styled Pinot Noir is well worth the trip to Alexandra – we absolutely love it.
